Accessing Care

Care Unique will be pleased to hear from any person who requires help with personal care or everyday tasks. You can contact us yourselves, through your family, anybody else who cares for you, doctor or social services.

An initial visit will be made to carry out an assessment of needs to establish the care required. A care plan will be devised, detailing the care agreed upon. We will monitor the progress of your care on a regular basis and agree with you any changes which may be necessary.

Charges

We provide a high quality service at an affordable rate without any hidden charges. The cost of your home care will be stated in advance (the charges leaflet is available from our office).

Did you know that you may qualify for financial assistance towards elderly home care & elderly day care from your Council Social Services department towards your care services? This can be received in different ways and will involve an assessment from your local social services office - if you would like to discuss this in detail then please contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you.
